We provide services to both debtors and creditors and help them solve a wide range of situations related to insolvency. We are more than willing to help creditors with the submission of their claims, exercise of their rights and other justified interests that are affected by bankruptcy of debtors. On the other hand, we provide assistance to debtors and help them navigate through the labyrinth of insolvency proceedings, including debt relief or reorganization. Likewise, we focus on the provision of services connected to restructuring of business activities of the client in such a manner that bankruptcy may be prevented by reorganization or restructuring of their activities: this may even include optimization of the property and ownership structure of the business or debts..
Criminal and Administrative Proceedings
We specialize in providing defense in criminal proceedings with a focus on economic crime. Nevertheless, we provide services in the whole spectrum of criminal law, and we are prepared to give proper expert help also to injured persons who seek to exercise their rights. Not even administrative proceedings or delict agenda, starting with traffic delicts all the way to delicts stemming from the Chemical Act, are foreign to us.
Enforcement of Judgments
In the field of judgement enforcement, we offer our services to both creditors and debtors as well as other persons who are affected by enforcement, whether it affects them directly or indirectly through another person (for example, co-owners of real property owned together with the obligated persons; creditors asserting claims submitted at auctions). When it comes to creditors, we are able to represent them during the entire enforcement proceedings at carefully selected enforcing officers and our goals are always to ensure the fastest possible progress and the highest possible satisfaction rate. We are also able to help the obligated persons that are subject to enforcement in cases of unlawful enforcement or enforcements conducted in a non-standard fashion, including the finding of a possible solution in the form of insolvency or finding a solution through related services. In the case of real property co-owners, we are able to find a way for them to receive the most for their share without it being affected by the enforcement or a way for them to buy out the affected share. For persons whose property has been wrongfully affected by judgment enforcement or has been wrongfully included in the enforcement inventory, we draw up a proposal to strike out such items from the inventory and we will represent them in the possible following court proceedings. If a client is interested in purchasing movable or immovable things at compulsory auctions, we offer consultancy or – in particularly demanding cases – direct representation at auctions.
